Rules and Regulations
This giveaway is open to those who identify as women, reside in Ontario, and work in the building and construction skilled trades. This giveaway is sponsored by The Dirty Seahorse Workwear and Milwaukee Tool, but is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, X, Facebook, or LinkedIn. By entering this giveaway, you agree that you are eligible to enter and agree to abide by the official rules and decisions. Entries will close on Wednesday, November 1st at 11:59 PM EST. To be eligible, you must enter within the specified time period. The randomly drawn winner will be contacted via email on Thursday, November 2nd. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders on this day. Eligible entrants can enter the giveaway by submitting their name and email address via this online form. Incomplete entries or entries not submitted within the specified time period will not be considered. Entrants may only enter the giveaway once. The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Prizes are non-transferable and are not eligible to be exchanged for the equivalent cash value. The value of the prize may be different at the time at which it is awarded. By accepting the prize, the winner gives permission to OBCT to use their likeness and name for social media purposes. The winner will be selected at random and will be contacted by email the day after the giveaway closes. OBCT is not responsible for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to email setting errors. If the winner doesn’t respond within 7 days from the time the prize email was sent or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
