This session is for the "Train the Trainer" Program and will take 2 days to be completed. Thank you to our host SMWIA Local 30!!

Thursday January 22, 2026: 8:30am - 3:00pm


The Ontario Building and Construction Tradeswomen (OBCT) have developed an anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training program for construction workers in Ontario. This training was created to bring awareness of stigmas and biases within our industry. The modules are designed to understand the root causes of discrimination and harassment in the workplace, while educating participants with proactive solutions to create a safer and more inclusive work environment.


The course and associated materials are 120 minutes in length and can be delivered to members, apprentices, union officers etc.
