Tradeswomen Focus Groups
Share Your Experience. Shape the Future of the Trades
OBCT is inviting women in Ontario’s skilled trades to participate in a focus group on equity, inclusion, workplace culture, and well-being.
Your insights will help shape recommendations to strengthen the recruitment, inclusion, and retention of women in the trades across Ontario.
Space is limited.
All participants receive an OBCT gift.
Virtual sessions take place in the evening (outside work hours).
In-person sessions take place during the day in Toronto and include compensation, plus an OBCT gift.
All sessions will be approximately 60-90 minutes.
You may participate if you:

Identify as a woman (or have lived experience relevant to women in the trades), and

Currently work or have previously worked in a skilled trade in Ontario
The research company will reach out to you directly to confirm your eligibility and schedule your focus group.
