Mental Health First Aid Basic (12 Hours In Person)

About the Event
This is the first training event in our Mental Health First Aid Training series, which will provide valuable information on how to unpack the stigma surrounding mental health. Participants will learn and practice social interactive skills and develop confidence in personal abilities to help themselves and others while on and off the job!
This training takes place over TWO (2) days: Saturday, November 28 & Saturday, December 5th (2 days - 6 hours of in class time each day).
Safety: Participants must wear a mask covering mouth and nose, participants will be able to maintain 2 metres distance and hand sanitizer will be available. The number of participants is limited to 12 to safely allow for pandemic restrictions.
NOTE: This event is accessible by TTC, wheelchair accessible, with free parking available.
