About the Event

Please note this training does not lead to certification, and includes 2 Modules. Module 1 and Module 2 take place in the virtual classroom over two days.


Your attendance will be confirmed by the course facilitator, Cindy Krysac, once we've received your registration. Please respond to any emails you may receive from Cindy.


This Mental Health First Aid Training will provide valuable information on how to unpack the stigma surrounding mental health. Participants will learn and practice social interactive skills and develop confidence in personal abilities to help themselves and others while on and off the job!
