Build Skills for Planning and Participating in Meetings


Learn how to plan, lead, and contribute effectively to meetings. Topics include setting clear agendas, managing time, encouraging participation, and ensuring productive outcomes.


Like it or not, Meetings are a big part of work and volunteer life. Doing them well will save you time, help you achieve your goals, and will make you a hero with everyone else who is meeting weary! Learn the art of planning, chairing, facilitating, and participating in good meetings.


The session will also include Robert's Rules of Order, also known as Robert's Rules; a parliamentary procedure, used by more professional associations, fraternal organizations, and local governments than any other authority. Learn these tips and tricks to master your next meeting.


Presented by:  Veteran journalist, MPP and facilitator, Jennifer Mossop, teaching us the ropes of chairing a meeting that gets things done - on time!
